One of the most effective real estate sales tools is to have a FOR SALE displayed on your property. Well-designed signage attracts attention to the property, and communicates contact details to interested buyers. We will install a highly secure electronic lock box on your property to facilitate showings.
CREATE A PROPERTY BROCHURE AND HOME BOOK
A full color brochure highlighting the features of your home will be professionally designed and printed. These brochures will be available in the home for buyers to take with them. We will also provide a home book that will include the property disclosures and any required inspections for the buyer to review.

Our appointment service, called Showings Solutions, provides state of the art, live telephone support, 7 days a week. All showings of your home by Realtors are coordinated and scheduled through this service. OPEN HOUSE EVENTS
Optional Sunday open houses will be staffed by us or a member of our team. We are most familiar with the features of your home. Appropriate directional signage will be used.
REALTOR OPEN HOUSE AND THE MLS
Realtors will be invited to an open house, which is normally held on Tuesday's. We will cater a full lunch buffet to encourage REALTORS to tour your home. REALTORS be notified of the date and time of the open house through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and a personal email.
MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE-MLS
Your home will be listed or placed on the Regional Multiple Listing Service or MLS. Once it is on the MLS, all cooperating Real Estate Companies, REALTORS and home buyers will have access to your home via the internet. This listing of your home will provide detailed information, 10 photos and a slide show.
MARKETING YOUR HOME ON THE INTERNET
Your home will be available on the internet through a number of web sites. The web sites will include: www.tk-realtors, www.realtor.com, all real estate companies and major search companies.
